Why is breathing so important? Aside from the obvious :)!
Let’s explore how energy is metabolically transformed in the body by using breath.
When we breathe and have a present thought, we transform the energy from thought into physical form. That means you become that thought. So whether or not you set out “good” or “not so good” thinking you will become things you think of energetically– no you will not become a hamburger.;0
Although it’s hard to imagine, and perhaps you have heard “thought become things” there is a physical action that metabolizes the waves of thought into physical form starting with your breath.
As a healer and life coach, I use techniques to help clients imagine colors as emotions while intentionally pacing their breath to activate a physical change. Imagine visualizing colors floating in the airwaves and choosing to bring the colors into the body for a better feeling emotionally, this practice is used in color therapy.
Understanding your emotions and your thoughts, how they work can help you create the world in which you want to live. Using the earths energy and surrounding planets alignment i.e. the New Moon, can move you into a flow of ease and grace. Going against the planets natural flow can cause confusion with the same old “why me?” patterns, who wants that– no thank you!
