Sometimes we wake up and forget we can make a conscious decision to connect with our inner self. There is a formula to clearing your mind, body and spiritual connection.

Meditation (clearing the mind), breath (yoga) and writing down your conflicts to silence the chatter are all very important. Check in, identify your thoughts and ask for your higher self to be present in all your actions before the day begins. “BEGIN WITHIN”

Some people tell me, “I don’t know how to meditate”. My answer is it takes practice and commitment. However, it is accessible at any moment when you call upon your higher consciousness. What is higher consciousness you ask… There are many levels of consciousness and many ways to connect to consciousness but in this case I will share the easiest way to connect using basic level terms.
